PRODUCT SAFETY AND DISCLAIMER:
Your child should never be left unsupervised while using Reserved Only products. Any sign of wear please discard. Never leave any Reserved Only products unattended on or with your child while he/she is sleeping. If you notice a crack or breakage, DO NOT give the item to a child.
Please use care and caution when swaddling baby on his or her back, face up when putting down to sleep. Stop using the cocoon, swaddle sack once your baby can roll onto his or her stomach as this may increase the risk of suffocation.
Please note that the current processing time on all orders is 1-3 weeks depending on current volume of orders. Most often orders are fulfilled within one week.
Domestic orders (U.S.) are shipped USPS First Class which typically takes 3-5 days from time of shipment.
International orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail International. Once an order has shipped, typical delivery time is 3-4 weeks for many major markets. No tracking is available on international orders.
It is important to note that once an order has been shipped to the given address on the customer’s order receipt and tracking has been provided.
Reserved Only is not responsible for packages after shipping. Once you have received your tracking number from us, it's out of our hands.

If there is a mistake on our part with the order, please contact us so we can correct the problem immediately.
